John Kula
Co-Founder | Senior Pastor | Director
Pastor John Kula is co-founder and senior pastor of Freedom Fellowship and Freedom Mountain Ministries. With a background in theology, criminal justice, and pastoral leadership, John has spent decades serving individuals impacted by addiction, incarceration, and spiritual brokenness.
John holds an associate’s degree in chemistry and criminal justice from Empire State College – SUNY and a bachelor’s degree in theology from Grace Bible College & Seminary, and completed ministerial training through Word Wise Bible School. From 2014 to 2023, he served as chaplain at the Genesee County Jail, providing spiritual leadership and pastoral care within the correctional setting.
Victoria Kula
Co-Founder | Co-Director | Administration & Operations | Board Member
Victoria Kula is co-founder and co-director of Freedom Fellowship and Freedom Mountain Ministries. She provides administrative, organizational, and leadership oversight across the ministry, supporting daily operations, program development, and long-term vision.
Victoria completed ministerial training through Word Wise Bible School and has pursued additional education in biblical counseling through the American Association of Christian Counselors. She has played a foundational role in building the structure and systems that support discipleship and restoration

Christopher Knapp
Pastor | Director, Freedom Expressions | Board Advisor
Christopher Knapp serves as an associate pastor at Freedom Fellowship and has been part of the ministry since 2015. He also serves on the Board of Directors and oversees Freedom Expressions, contributing to both spiritual leadership and operational growth.
Christopher holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from Grace Seminary and Bible College and brings a background in technology and project management. In October 2023, he became chaplain for the Genesee County Jail.
He is committed to faith-based recovery, mentorship, and leadership development. He and his wife, Sarah, are raising their two sons, Christopher Jr. and Jacob, and are deeply invested in ministry and community life.
Sarah Knapp
Retail Operations, Freedom Expressions | Operations, Green Bird Candle Co.
Sarah Knapp is a graduate of the Total Freedom Program in Florida, where she experienced deep personal restoration and discipleship that helped shape the leader she is today. We are grateful for the faithful work of the Florida ministry and the foundation they invested in her life.
Today, Sarah serves in key leadership roles within Freedom Fellowship’s social enterprises. She oversees retail operations for Freedom Expressions, managing inventory systems, ordering, merchandising, and daily store coordination. She also leads product and production operations for Green Bird Candle Co. Through structured systems and hands-on leadership, she ensures both the retail and product sides of the ministry operate with excellence and integrity.
In addition to her operational leadership, Sarah serves as part of the chaplaincy team at the Genesee County Jail, ministering to women within the facility through spiritual support, discipleship, and encouragement.
Sarah brings organization, consistency, and intentional care to both ministry and business and is actively involved in her community and family life.

Sean Williams
Pastor | Board Advisor
Sean Williams serves as an associate pastor with Freedom Fellowship. His ministry is shaped by both personal transformation and professional experience, giving him a compassionate and grounded approach to discipleship and pastoral care.
Sean studied mathematics at Canisius College and earned a degree in secondary mathematics education. He taught at Sweet Home High School from 2007 to 2015. In 2016, he entered Total Freedom NY, where a season of discipleship and restoration shaped his faith and calling into ministry.
Sean is married to his wife, Sara, and together they share a deep commitment to ministry and outreach. Both are actively involved in prison ministry at the Genesee County Jail and are passionate about helping others find freedom and restoration through Christ. Sean and Sara are raising their son, Samuel, while faithfully serving their community and the mission of Freedom Fellowship.

Savanna Stirrett
Administrative Director & Operations | Board Member
Savanna Stirrett serves as Administrative Director at Freedom Fellowship and has been a long-standing member of the Board of Directors. In her role, Savanna oversees administrative operations, accounting coordination, and organizational systems, and she provides continuity of leadership by duplicating operational oversight for senior leadership.
Savanna has played a key role in coordinating and organizing conferences, special events, and ministry gatherings for the Kula’s previous ministry in Canada and Freedom Fellowship. She holds a diploma in Hospitality and Tourism and a postgraduate diploma in Events Management from Niagara College and has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and events industry.
In addition to her ministry leadership, Savanna has served for several years in governance and volunteer capacities within her community, bringing a high level of professionalism, organization, and strategic planning to each role she holds. She is currently volunteering with Birchway Niagara, supporting women through advocacy and care.
Savanna lives in St. Catharines, Ontario, with her husband, Corey, and their two cats, Willie and Lula.

Joshua Klenke
Board Member | Facilities & Maintenance Oversight
Joshua Klenke serves on the Board of Directors for Freedom Fellowship, providing oversight and guidance related to facilities and property maintenance. He has been part of Freedom Fellowship since January 1, 2017, serving faithfully in a variety of roles and supporting the practical needs of the ministry.
Joshua holds an associate degree in business and completed Word Wise Bible School through the ministry level. Since 2023, he has also been regularly ministering at the Genesee County Jail.
Joshua is married to his wife, Stephanie, and together they share a heart for serving others through faith and ministry. Stephanie is also actively involved in prison ministry at the Genesee County Jail. Joshua and Stephanie are raising their daughter, Hannah, while continuing to invest their lives in the work God is doing through Freedom Fellowship.

Jon & Stephanie Pestillo
Spiritual Care, Inner Healing & Deliverance Ministry
Jon and Stephanie Pestillo serve as deliverance ministers with Total Freedom, bringing lived experience, biblical training, and practical leadership into the ministry. Both encountered Total Freedom in 2018 and have remained deeply committed to the work of restoration and freedom in Christ.
Jon is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and has served with Total Freedom since 2018. Alongside his ministry role, he holds multiple certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems, reflecting a strong work ethic and servant leadership.
Stephanie holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science for Radiologic Technology and completed additional certification training in ultrasound and vascular technology. She is a graduate of Word Wise Bible School. Both Jon and Stephanie carry a strong pastoral and ministerial heart grounded in both compassion and discernment.
Married in 2020, Jon and Stephanie minister together with unity and clarity of calling. They are parents to two children, Teddy and Olivia, and are passionate about helping individuals and families walk in lasting freedom through Christ.

Mark & Lisa Snow
Directors, Freedom Automotive
Mark and Lisa Snow serve together in leadership at Freedom Automotive, bringing decades of professional experience and a shared commitment to restoration, excellence, and faith-based service.
Mark is the Director and Lead Technician of Freedom Automotive and built the shop from the ground up, overseeing infrastructure, equipment, and operational standards. With more than 35 years in the automotive industry, formal training through Monroe Community College, and longstanding Master ASE certification, he provides technical leadership while mentoring and training the next generation of technicians connected to the Total Freedom program.
Lisa serves as Service Advisor with Freedom Automotive and holds a degree in Human Services with a focus on addiction from Genesee Community College. She completed Total Freedom in 2014, later earning her ministerial certificate through Word Wise Bible School, and served for six years as Women’s House Manager. With professional training and certifications through NAPA LMS, she brings clarity, care, and integrity to both ministry and customer service.
Together, Mark and Lisa have been married for 24 years and share a heart for glorifying God through honest work, mentorship, and helping others build stable futures rooted in faith and purpose.

Michael Raymond
Director of Food Service Operations | Founder & Operator, The Table Latin American Grill
Michael Raymond serves as Director of Food Service Operations for the Total Freedom discipleship program and is the founder and operator of The Table Latin American Grill. With more than three decades of leadership experience in the hospitality and restaurant industry, Michael brings structure, excellence, and vision into every environment he leads.
Michael entered Total Freedom Florida in 2014, completed the program, and experienced personal transformation through its process. In May 2020, he relocated to Freedom Fellowship New York, where he continues to serve in leadership by overseeing daily kitchen operations, mentoring residents, and cultivating a culture of accountability, growth, and purpose.
In July 2022, Michael opened The Table, a scratch-made Latin American grill whose proceeds fully support the men and women of the Total Freedom Program. He is passionate about glorifying God through service and helping others discover a new way of living rooted in purpose and freedom.

Joshua & Autum Fisher
Property & Guest Services | Operations Oversight, Freedom Mountain
Joshua and Autum Fisher serve with Freedom Fellowship at Freedom Mountain as innkeepers and property stewards, caring for both the space and the people who come seeking rest, healing, and restoration. Having each walked their own journey through Total Freedom, they now serve with a deep understanding of the discipleship process and a heart to see others walk in lasting freedom.
Joshua entered Total Freedom in 2020 and, after completing the program in 2021, went on to serve as the men’s house manager. In that role, he provided structure, accountability, and steady leadership to men walking through the discipleship process. Following this season, he also spent several months assisting with Total Freedom Manitoba before transitioning to his current responsibilities in Tennessee.
Autum entered Total Freedom in 2023 and, after completing the program, served as a women’s house manager walking closely with women through seasons of healing, growth, and restoration.
Married and following Jesus together, Joshua and Autum relocated to Tennessee to take on their current roles at Freedom Mountain, where they oversee property maintenance, hospitality, and daily operations. They carry a genuine love for people and a servant-hearted approach to ministry, seeking to reflect Christ in both practical service and personal connection—pointing others toward healing, freedom, and new life in Him.

Rick & Robin McMillin
Pastors | Directors, Total Freedom Manitoba
Rick and Robin McMillin serve as the Pastors and Program Directors of Total Freedom Manitoba. Their journey with Total Freedom began in 2008 during a season marked by depression, mental health challenges, addiction, and a marriage on the brink of divorce. Through God’s intervention and healing, their marriage was restored, and their lives were transformed.
Following this restoration, Rick and Robin spent nine years serving at Total Freedom Florida. After the heartbreaking loss of their son, God continued to lead them through a season of deep healing and renewal at Total Freedom New York, where they had the opportunity to learn, grow, and serve for an additional year.
In 2021, God opened the door for Rick and Robin to plant Total Freedom Manitoba. In 2026, they celebrate five years of ministry, witnessing lives transformed through the power of Christ. They are passionate about walking alongside men as they discover freedom, healing, and purpose, and as they step into the gifts, talents, and calling God has placed on their lives.
