Freedom Fellowship is a nonprofit religious organization organized and operated exclusively for religious and charitable purposes. All services, programs, teachings, and communications are grounded in sincerely held Christian beliefs and are provided from a biblical perspective.


2. Website Use & Agreement

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use this website.

3. Spiritual Ministry & Participation Disclaimer

Freedom Fellowship provides Christian discipleship, spiritual instruction, pastoral care, and prayer ministry.

All ministry services, programs, teachings, counseling conversations, and prayer sessions are religious in nature.

Freedom Fellowship does not provide licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, clinical, or legal services. Participation in any program, event, or ministry activity is voluntary.

Individuals are responsible for seeking licensed medical, mental health, or legal professionals for diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice when appropriate.

Use of this website or participation in ministry activities does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or fiduciary relationship.


4. Assumption of Risk & Release

Participation in Freedom Fellowship programs and ministry activities may include prayer, pastoral counseling, group discussions, spiritual guidance, and voluntary personal testimony.

Participants understand that emotional, spiritual, and personal topics may be discussed and acknowledge that their participation is voluntary.

By participating in Freedom Fellowship programs or activities, individuals assume responsibility for their participation and agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless Freedom Fellowship, its directors, officers, board members, staff, volunteers, and affiliated entities from claims arising out of voluntary participation in ministry activities.


5. Donations & Program Participation

All donations to Freedom Fellowship are voluntary and are used to support the mission and operations of the ministry and its programs.

Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee acceptance into any program.

Freedom Fellowship retains discretion regarding program admission and participation.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Fellowship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of this website or participation in ministry activities.


7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
